Description
This magnificent pair of temple pendants ('adamlyk') once belonged to a Yomut Turkmen woman around 1900. They were attached to the sides of her hat, hanging down by the sides of her face, and displayed her wealth. Made in silver with soldered-on gilded silver discs and carnelians in table-cut.
