Description
It's unusual to find a runner made by the Timuri - Dokhtar-e-Qazi tribes on the east Persian/west Afghan border area from circa 1880. It is also a great size, very suitable for UK and European homes. The overall field design is the small shrub pattern of the Dokhtar-e-Qazi nomads, depicted on a deep, indigo-blue ground. The runner is in very good even pile, albeit with a few minor repairs.
